Just imagine a quince planned for almost a year and where the entertainment portion has a high priority on a customer's mind. That's a dream come true for any entertainment company. We're blessed when clients like this cross our path and demand new and exciting productions. Especially when Neysha and her mom, Maritza, had seen us perform at Sharoly's Quince in the same venue and loved our work but wanted something over the top.

 

Maritza wanted lots of lights around the room as there was no specific theme around the event like you would normally see in other Quinces. Neysha's name was to be projected around the room at different locations. Last but not least there were going to be lots of glow items so we had to bring two UV light cannons. After several meetings to discuss the event and layout from top to bottom, we had a complete design in mind. This event would require our largest lighting and LED iluminated truss set up around the room, in the dance floor and in the foyer/candy bar area, two DJ/VJs, dedicated Lighting Jockey and two days of detailed set up.

 

From a music standpoint, Maritza and Neysha wanted a very upbeat party for all ages, taken up several notches by our talended VJs.  Music videos were mixed and projected on a modern looking stretch rear projection screen that could be seen from all around the rectangular room. The venue was divided in three areas, the center of the room was decorated and set up for the formalities and cake, one extreme of the room was designated for tables, food stations and the bar. The other end of the room and more than a third of it, being very conservative, was designated as the dance floor area. It was not hard to keeping it full all night long and a larger area would've worked as well for the many friends and family who danced all night. 

 

We still can't believe how fast five hours went by. It must be true when they say that time flies when you are having fun with such a great crowd who made us feel like rockstars. Thanks to our 5 man crew we delivered over the customer expectations and set a new standard for Quinces in Aguadilla and Puerto Rico's west coast. Everyone was complementing us and raving as the night came to an end.
